horizon-backups-prod (us-east-1)horizon-rds-dr) with automatic rotation enabled.horizon-dr-subnet-group) and security group (horizon-dr-rds, no ingress rules) are provisioned in us-west-2 so a restore has a destination. No compute runs in the secondary region; recovery from a full region loss requires infrastructure rebuild followed by restore.
