Organization: Horizon AI Global Inc.
Owner: @Matias Labanca
Date: August 19, 2025 (last reviewed October 2, 2026 — updated to reflect the bound Cyber & E&O policy)
Horizon maintains an active Cyber Liability and Technology Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance policy, placed through Vouch and underwritten by United Specialty Insurance Company.
Cybersecurity insurance is not a formal requirement for SOC 2 or ISO 27001:2022, but it is a recognized best practice. Horizon uses it as the risk transfer layer of its risk management program: preventive, detective and response controls reduce the likelihood and impact of an incident, and insurance covers the residual financial risk.
