• Collaborator onboarding for interviews: discovery welcome screen, guided tour, and estimated interview duration shown up front and in invitation emails.
• Feature flags to control non-plan "Create Insight run" / "Create process run" entry points.
• Dependency upgrades closing open security advisories; removal of dead frontend/backend code.

Week 37 (Up to September 11, 2026)

• Internal alerts now have an operable configuration screen (routing, digests, validation).
• Transactional email moved to a role-based cloud email API.
• Initiatives list: tag filter and sortable "Recoverable hours" column (flag-gated).
• Process blueprint generation made recoverable and parallelised with bounded worker pools.
• Dependency upgrades closing security advisories.

Week 36 (Up to September 4, 2026)

• Real-user monitoring and OpenTelemetry tracing/log correlation added (off by default).
• Discovery Gantt now uses real dates; fixed closing message language for Spanish-speaking interviewees.
• Unified internal alerts screen; process-run progress visible in the inconsistency panel.
• Multiple dependency upgrades closing security advisories (frontend and backend).
